GAP Management clients often need trusted leadership and/or experienced staff for a specific project, such as a capital campaign, a major special event, or a confidential executive search.

At other times, GAP Management clients need a worker for a limited period of time, but would not require the services of a permanent part-time employee.

For example, temporary projects that call for specialized expertise might include development of a volunteer plan; creating departmental job descriptions; key staff searches; applicant review, interview, hire or recommendation of candidates; review and assessment of the physical plant, counsel and estimates on needed rehabilitation and creating ongoing maintenance schedules.

Having raised millions of dollars from government, corporate and private sources, GAP Management is especially adept at grant writing and monitoring, as well as capital campaigns, major special events, and other fund-raisers.
